- · NVM (E911/Web/Mobile/Email/Chat/Click to Call)
- · Outbound Dialer
- · Historical Reporting
- · Real-Time Reporting (Advisor and CC Pulse)
- · Training IVR

§ Strong programming background
§ Hands on SQL experience
§ Testing experience with ETL
§ Testing experience with relational databases
§ Testing experience with interface testing (various formats of extract files)

1) Assign and track tasks
2) Communicate with the client or on site/ offshore team members, as required
3) Track the new/ updated requirements in the project and modify testing artifacts accordingly
4) Understand the requirements
5) Validate the requirements for testability
6) Identify the test scenarios
7) Identify risks / issues and track them to closure
8) Expertise in the contact center testing. Should have worked with call flow, call routing, WFM testing
9) should have good exposure to SLDC.
10) Experience in testing, genesis, cisco, avaya (desired)
11) Proficient in call center / IVR testing
12) Should have experience in HP ALM tools.
