1. Team Lead

Location: Trivandrum.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years hand on experience in .NET 4.0, C#, ASP.NET, SQL/MySQL, Javascript/JQuery, HTML5

• BTech/BE/MCA/ Graduate in computer science or related technology

The Responsibilities include:

• Develop functional specifications of a product from product requirements and system architecture.
• Develop high-level design.
• Provide technical guidance to software engineers on development of detailed designs, code and tests.
• Resolve technical issues within the assigned product.
• Lead effort estimation and prepare development plan.
• Coordinate development of detailed designs, code and test suites within the team.
• Allocate tasks to software engineers.
• Monitor development progress within team, reports progress to engineering management.
• Coordinate with other onsite/offsite teams for issues relating to the assigned product/component.
• Proficiency with Web Services and Web Technologies.
• Knowledge of SPA Type applications consuming Restful API.
• Threading, Thread Pools and Asynchronous Development in C#.
• Knowledge of SPA Type applications consuming Restful API .
• Lead a team of 3-4 software engineers.
• Provide inputs to the Project manager to set performance objectives for software engineers.
• Provide performance feedbacks on software engineers to project manager.
• Experience in multiple platforms is an added advantage.

2. Team Lead - PHP

Location: Trivandrum.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years hand on experience in any CMS ( Joomla, Wordpress) or Ecommerce platforms like Magento,Opencart,JavaScript, XHTML, HTML,CSS, MySql/SQL,PHP5
• BTech/BE/MCA/ Graduate in computer science or related technology

The Responsibilities include:

• Through knowledge & experience of PHP programming (ORM and OOPS concepts).
• Knowledge of any CMS ( Joomla, Wordpress) or Ecommerce platforms like Magento , Opencart.
• PHP5, MySQL, Symfony (or experience with other MVC frameworks) JavaScript, XHTML, HTML and CSS.
• Strong OO Analysis & Design.
• Understanding of common design patterns.
• Provide technical guidance to software engineers on development of detailed designs, code and tests.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize work.
• Ability to assess the impact of new project requirements on an existing team workload.
• Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous technical documentation and user stories.
• Ability to lead the development team under the direction of the Head of Technology.
• Coordinate with other onsite/offsite teams for issues relating to the assigned product/component.
• Improve the technical competence of the team through training.
• Working knowledge Version Control System Git, Subversion, SVN.
• Lead a team of 3-4 software engineers.
• Provide inputs to the Project manager to set performance objectives for software engineers.

3. Team Lead - SmartPhone Development

Location: Trivandrum

Requirements:

• Strong OO design and programming skills in Objective-C / Java(J2EE/ J2ME), SQLite, MySQL, xcode/Eclipse
• BTech/BE/MCA/ Graduate in computer science or related technology

The Responsibilities include:

iOS

• Strong OO design and programming skills in Objective-C.
• Familiar with iOS SDK (UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location, etc).
• Familiar with xcode.

Android

• Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME)
• Familiar with the Android SDK.
• Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system
• Familiar with Eclipse

Common to iOs and android

• Understanding of other compiled languages
• Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
• Experience of development using web technologies
• Good understanding of OO programming and design patterns
• Good understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax and PHP
• Experience building web and native apps
• Experience using social media APIs
• Using version control (e.g. SVN)
